We have realised that there are a vast amount of home owners that do not stay in Hermanus and have a Holiday Home that they use once or twice a year. We would like to offer you a service to take care of your Holiday Home and ensure that your home is visited once a week to check that everything is in order. We ensure that we send you regular updates.
We include a monthly cleaning in the Management of your home as well as looking after any special requirements. Should you require service providers to carry out work, we will supervise their call out.

Home Management

This includes the following:

Once a week checking of your home to see that there is no burst geysers and that the property is all in order.
One monthly cleaning of your home including windows
Setting up your home for Guest Arrival
Meeting and Greeting of Guests when required
Inventory Check after Guest Departure
Additional requirements by owner e.g watering plants, garden etc.
Includes two call outs for service providers
