These were the 4 key attributes I was desperately searching for, when initially sourcing a service provider to manage my home for me when I’m out of town - whether it be empty or hosting guests.
In my opinion, it is the excellent communication and strong customer service skills of business owner Clare Bromley, combined with her hands on attitude, which is key to her company’s success. Clare leads by example, and works very closely with her team for the majority of the time (often alongside them); And she always ensures they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it!
The business also has the knack of anticipating my needs (often before I know what they are myself), and it treats me as an individual, so Clare will slightly modify her service to suit me better when she is able to. I appreciate both of these things very much.
Thanks to Hermanus Holiday Home Solutions I can now leave my property without ever having to worry about it while I’m away. This gives me tremendous peace of mind.
